Every Tuesday morning you're welcome to join me in meditation. It's free and everybody is welcome.
More and more research shows that a daily meditation routine improves your life in all areas. It gives more clarity, focus and resilience, to name a few benefits. It's a practise that is not always easy to maintain. That's why I wanted to provide a space where you can experience different techniques and at least once a week have the chance to re-connect with yourself through meditation.
Since the age of 26 I've been meditating on and off. It's only been a few years that I can say I meditate daily. I'm not a trained meditation teacher. I bring my own personal and work experience with a desire to share what I have learned.
